Several shots of a small parade through the streets of Barnard Castle to mark the 59th North Eastern Cyclists Meet. Children and adults in funny costumes march along; the cyclists make up part of the procession. A strange man in drag waggles his hips and dances with a plate in each hand. Various brief shots of children riding along on bicycles; a little boy and girl kiss, a small boy grimaces as he goes by, a little girl falls off her bike and cries.
