    Hi,
Just a note to say that the captioning on this film is incorrect/misleading.
The colours being presented and all the young people on parade are members of The London Division of The Church Lads\' Brigade.
In the 1920s the CLB was part of the Territorial Cadet Force, so it is accurate to call them \'Cadets\'.
