The first part of this clip shows one of Yoko Ono's live artwork performances that she called "Cut Piece".
The "fellow artist" referred to is Anthony Cox, Yoko Ono's former husband, (twice, in fact).
Moving on to to the second half of the clip, the shots list says "(Apparently this is called Bag-ism)". However, the term bagism didn't originate until 1969, some three years after the filming of this clip.
Instead, what we're seeing here is a performance of another of Ono's live artworks called "Bag Piece".
