A small group of civilians stand watching. A group of military officers (presumably British and French) walk across the ground and salute the troops. The group then stands and watches a march past.

    Intertitle reads: "President Doumergue and M. Painleve, Minister for War."
    M/Ss of President Doumergue and Monsieur Painleve, talking with other men in the group.
