M/S Lord Beaverbrook (Air Minister ?) standing behind desk giving speech on tanks.
He talks about how Germany has perfected the British invention the tank and used it to wage war in Europe. He then talks about how Britain has further developed the weapon to counteract the threat. He calls for the need for men and women to build more tanks. He gives three different versions of the speech, the final one is intercut with library footage of tanks smashing through buildings and crossing a river at speed.
