    Shot of Colonel (?) talking to a guy in the front row (5 men spread out). Pan back to side view of 2 rows of men; all dressed in different type suits; stone buildings in BG. Colonel; accompanied by a small man in dark suit and hat; looks at rifle of one of the men; then gives it back. Colonel and group; 3 men in suits & 1 other Army man; all walk past line. Shot of row of men; standing in front of wall; with tram car going by in BG; they all raise rifles to shoulders; start moving forward.
