    Various air and sea shots of the Dutch putting the final two caissons into position to complete the dyke that will close off the Lauwer Sea in Northern Holland. Small ships gathered around to watch the closing of dyke. More shots of the men working on closing the dyke. This will eliminate repeats of flooding which has always threatened the areas of Groningen and Friesland.
