Several shots of the two ships side by side as the sailors pool the ropes to get them closer to each other. Several shots of the ships at sea, Churchill and Chiefs of Staff walking along the deck and Churchill on his own walking along the deck.

    Churchill greets US Naval officers aboard "Prince of Wales". They meet Chiefs of Staff and shake hands. They wait for US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to arrive. Roosevelt and Churchill pose for camera. Churchill gives Roosevelt sealed envelope. Churchill and Roosevelt seated, having a chat. Churchill walking along the deck, first on his own and later with officers.
