    MS Crowd shot pan to rostrum with Clement Attlee (Labour Prime Minister), Dr Geoffrey Fisher (Archbishop of Canterbury) and Winston Churchill (formerly Prime Minister, now Conservative Leader of the Opposition) attending the unveiling of a memorial plaque in Church House, Westminster, in which sessions of the Houses of Parliament were held during World War II. Dr Fisher speaking, thanking Canon Partridge and Sir Herbert Baker, the architect. CU Dr Fisher speaking, remembers the lives lost. CU Clement Attlee speaking, thanking the Archbishop for putting the commemorative tablet there. MS Attlee speech continues. MS Attlee concludes his speech, sits down amid applause. Churchill rises and begins his speech, saying how the Church House was a port in a storm to the House of Commons when they were being bombarded during the war. CU and MS Churchill speaking, saying that it was important for the Government to stay in London during the war, how there was a strong feeling among MPs that they should not leave the Commons as they were asking factory workers to stay in the factories.
