Various shots of night time celebrations taking place in New York's Chinatown to mark the good harvests in China. Various Chinese entertainments are seen in side shows on the streets - a contortionist act, a traditional paddy field workers dance (done with small baskets balanced on the head), a sword dance, a strong man lying on a bed of nails while another hammers on a block of concrete on his stomach. Crowds of people applaud. Some watch from fire escapes on the nearby buildings.
