On Children's Day in Hay Park (?) we see a young girl in a white dress called Ellen Ellis being crowned Queen for the day. The crowds applaud as the Lady Mayoress of Leeds places the crown on Ellen's Head. Brief shot of an ice-cream seller handing some cornets over to some children in the spectator stand.
