The entertainer Charles Coburn sings 'Two Black Eyes'.

  • Description

Note: Probably filmed in the Pathe filmed studio.

The item is introduced by the comedian Ronald Frankau.

M/S of the veteran comedian / entertainer Charles Coburn wearing a shabby suit and top-hat, his eyes have been blacked out with make-up. He says that he is about to sing a song called (not surprisingly) `Two Lovely Black Eyes'. Several shots of the Coburn singing, he then goes onto sing the same song in French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Hebrew.

Although the title, shots list and tags say this clip is of "Charles Coburn", the man singing here is actually Charles Coborn.
