In Germany we see a woman being wired up to machinery by scientists to see how much energy she uses up when playing the piano. As she plays the results are drawn on a graph by the machine.
In the United States of America we see a new fairground ride called the Loop-o-plane. The passengers get into a sort of spaceship car while the seaside crowd watches. The car starts swinging back and forth on a pendulum, going higher and higher until it goes right over the top. Brief view from the Loop-o-plane of the world turning upside-down. The car then stops at the top for a few seconds.
In Chicago Zoo, United States of America, we see a baby hippo with his mother in a pond - very cute! A small crowd watches and we hear them remarking on how cute the baby is. The baby rests his head on his mother's face - aah!
