Catching rhino in safari park in South Africa.
Various shots men loading equipment onto back of Land Rover and climbing in themselves. The men then go into the open country to capture a white rhino to send to a safari park in Zimbabwe.
Various shots part of herd of rhino. Various shots game warden standing on the back of Land Rover, he loads a rifle with a cartridge of anaesthetic which will stun the rhino. LS the Land Rover moving off towards rhino. Various shots chase, with good shots of rhino running. The White Rhino stands dazed with the anaesthetic cartridge in its hind quarters. The game warden moves in. CU game warden with 16 mm camera. MS the rhino, its hind legs are tied together and its ear is tagged. Various shots the rhino is injected to revive it and is put into a strong cage, the cage is then put onto the back of a lorry.
Various shots of safari park base camp, the rhino has tamed down and can be hand fed by the warden.
