Captain Charles Fryatt's body was buried in Bruges by German force and wasn't repatriated to the UK until 1919. His body was landed at
Dover and transported to London. After a funeral service at St Pauls
on 8 July 1919, he was buried at All Saints Church, Upper Dovercourt. See also film ID 1916.44.
