    The drama began on 25 December 1951, when the "Flying Enterprise" suffered structural damage in a storm. She finally sank on 6 January 1952.

    "Captain Carlsen" is Kurt Carlsen.

    Also named during the clip is Kenneth Dancy, a sailor n the tug "Turmoil".

    The Turmoil was captained by Dan Parker.
