    Shot of long line of cavalry in distance; across sand. They come galloping to FG; stop; dismount; form line standing; then drop down flat on their stomachs. Pan rt. to show line stretching. They rise to 1 knee; aiming rifles. LS line of cavalry riding across sand toward cam; again.

    Arab men help 2 soldiers to mount camels (which are kneeling). Camels then stand & walk; each carrying 2 soldiers; & led by Arab. Pan on group of soldiers sitting on camels; some Arab men stand in front.

    Note: not sure if these are Canadian or Australian / Anzac soldiers, or both! SL.

    I think this clip has been wrongly titled since no Canadians served in the Sinai desert during WW1. These are obviously Australian Light Horse. I believe the Canadian Rail Corps had some involvement later in Palestine
