    Sir Malcolm Campbell's car Bluebird is towed out to the beach. Slick racing tyres are put on and it if filled with fuel.

    Several shots of the car speeding up and down the flat beach. A crowd of people are watching.

    Sir Malcolm talks to the cameras surrounded by his crew. He gives his thanks to his mechanics. One of the crew shouts 'Three cheers for the skipper' and they lift Campbell shoulder high.

    Followed by a section of what look like cuts -

    More shots of people watching the beach. CU of tyres being changed. More shots of crowds at beach. Another version of the interview with Campbell. Another interview with Campbell standing in front of the car. He is lifted into the cockpit of the car. Nice CU of Sir Malcolm wearing his driving helmet. More shots of this 'four wheel streak of lightening'.

    "One of the crew shouts 'Three cheers for the skipper' and they lift Campbell shoulder high" - Leo Villa is the man that gives the shout, then he and Harry Leech lift Campbell.

    The shots list currently gives the wrong date for this record-breaking run. It actually took place on 22 February 1933. Confirmation of that within this original newspaper story from the era....
