" A photographer stands on the neck of a strongman" - the photographer is Pat Keene. The strongman is Johnny Eagles.
At 02:02 we get a quick glimpse, from the back, of a man in a tailcoat and bowler hat - this is likely to be Ronnie Ross, or one half of the act called the Hollis Brothers, (both acts performed in this type of costume around this time).
At 02:08, the street busker is Dave Parker.
At 02:28, there's another street busker, this time it's Rod Warner.
