I'm pretty sure this is a snippet of the Burnley vs Arsenal FA cup 5th round game played at Turf Moor on 20th February 1937. Arsenal were a top First Division (Premier league) side then but Burnley were a middling Second Division (Championship) team. Burnley played at home in white shirts in the 1930's (not claret and blue) and the other shirts match Arsenal's red bodies with white arms. The game finished 7-1 to the visitors in front of a near record 54,445 fans.

In the 'toss up' footage it's Arsenal's captain Alex James watching proceedings.
