    The tall chap in the beret, behind Prince Bira, is "Lofty" England (Bira's mechanic at the time). He went on to become a bomber pilot in WW2, run Jaguar's successful racing team in the 1950's and CEO of Jaguar in the 1970's.

    The BRDC "Brooklands 500" (a 500 km race, rather than the previous 500 miles) on 18th September 1937.
