    The date of filming for this footage was 22nd June 1945.

    The man pictured at 0:22 is Lance Corporal Harry Nicholls VC, of the Grenadier Guards.

    At 0:31 we see Lieutenant Donald Cameron VC, of the Royal Naval Reserve.

    At 0:47 attention switches to Lieutenant Basil Charles Godfrey Place VC, of the Royal Navy.

    Note that Beattie, currently mentioned in the shots list, doesn't appear in this clip. He can, however, be seen in clip 2149.04.
