King Leopold lays a wreath at the city war memorial at Ypres in memory of his father, King Albert of Belgium. King Albert's widow arrives at Ypres cathedral (or could be Brussels cathedral) and is greeted by the Earl of Athlone. A memorial to the King is being unveiled inside, in the form of a rose window. Brief shots inside the cathedral of the window and tablet being unveiled by the King and consecrated by a clergyman.
