    A scale model of Hastings showing what vision and planning can do to a town. General shots of the model: automated miniature traffic travels past modern buildings. Three men, probably town planners, look at model pointing out different bits. One of them, Mr. F. Adams built the model. They lift up a section of road around the war memorial to reveal a second layer: beneath the road system will be shops, bus stations and subways. M/S of real war memorial in Hastings.

    Love the film of my grandad, he is the one with glasses, the only thing his name was Mr Brian Adnams
    and not Mr F Adams, unless it was one of the other gentlemen.

    But thank you for the film he died when I was 10 years old
