    Brief shots of the Duke of Kent (Prince George) arriving at Mansion House and inspecting a line of boy scouts standing to attention. The Duke goes into the main building. Inside he presents flags to King Scouts as recognition of the work each scout county is doing for the Boy Scout Fund. Outside the building, the scouts give the Duke three cheers and wave their hats on the end of their flags. The Duke gets into his car and is driven off.
