He touches the lever which starts the first turbine, various shots of the turbines and other mechanisms, M/S of a man turning a wheel. L/S as water pours out of the rocks in front of the huge dam. Various shots as water gushes out. L/S of the dam.

    Note: the Boulder dam is now called the Hoover dam. There is a longer version of this story entitled 'Harnessing Power' in 36/77 on *PM0889*.
