Royal Mail - Air Mail - van reverses across airfield towards aeroplane. People, including photographers and reporters are gathered. (The voice over describes the plane as a 'Hannibal' type (?) The plane has Imperial Airways written on the side.
Closer shot. A group of dignitaries are standing in front of the plane. On the Left is Lady Vivian (?), she is talking to Major Grogan.
Shot of the plane with its engines turning over. Cameramen and journalists are gathered as the passengers embark. The large biplane taxies off towards the runway.
