    Various shots of funeral procession for fireman Raymond Laycock entering St John's Church, a large crowd watches in streets. The pall bearers are all firemen. It is assumed the coffin is that of firemen who died in blaze. More firemen file into church. M/S of row of fire engines decorated in flowers and wreaths. The engines are from Stockport.

    L/S of church and crowds. The coffin is carried from church on back of a fire engine, firemen march beside and behind it.

    This clip shows the funeral for fireman Raymond Laycock, killed while tackling a blaze on Coronation Street in Blackpool on 7 October 1936.

    The church they're entering is St John's Church on Church Street in Blackpool.
