    Title: "BIG WORKHOUSE FIRE. Extensive damage in serious conflagration at Belmont Institution".

    Panning L/S of an enormous Victorian building, the roof has collapsed revealing blackened rafters. Low angled M/S of charred rafters, tilt down to show a group of people inspecting the wreckage on the room below. Panning shot of people wandering through the debris in a long room with a sloping roof, looks like a dining room. M/S of two attic windows, the roof around has been burnt; most of the tiles have fallen off. M/S of an attic window frame, the around has been burnt until only the skeleton of the rafters is left.

    A few seconds of spacing follow, story resumes at timecode 01:01:16, looks like cuts / out takes. Various L/Ss of the dining room with burnt out rafters above, a group of people wander amongst the debris. Various L/Ss of the roof of the Victorian house. Some C/Us of the burnt roof.
