They disembark from their boat near the village and run up to the sick man's hut, villagers gather around. The N.C.O. (non-commissioned officer) lists the medicines needed and the note is attached to the carrier pigeon. It flies back to base and the supplies are packed and loaded onto a boat ready for delivery.
