Parade marching along the Embankment led by brass band, followed by a couple carrying wreath and standard bearers. Priest giving a thanksgiving by RAF (Royal Air Force) memorial on the embankment. MS. Pan down the memorial to standard bearers lowering flags to accompaniment of roll of drums. LS. Wreaths being placed at foot of memorial. Standards are raised again.
