"Baron Emile Ernest de Cartier (Carter?)" - there appear to be several different versions of this man's name, the most common one seems to be Baron Emile de Cartier de Marchienne.

The graveyard scenes at the outset of the clip take place at Brookwood Cemetery, Woking, Surrey.

The funeral and burial scenes shown here took place on 15 May 1946.
