    Various shots of young girls and toddlers pushing their dolls and prams in a 'Baby Doll' Competition. Some of the children are wearing fancy dress and have decorated their prams. Several of the outfits have international themes, others seem to be backing the NRA.

    CU of one little girls - she is dressed as Mae West and say 'Come up and see me some time'.

    N.B. The NRA or National Recovery Act was part of the American New Deal.
