The Yankees didn't wear numbers on their uniforms until 1929, and Babe Ruth never hit a World Series home run at Yankee Stadium while wearing #3. It would have to be assembled pieces of stock footage to illustrate a story after the fact.

It's hard to tell, but it appears to me that the third-baseman may be wearing a Red Sox jersey. Ruth did hit home runs against right-handed Red Sox pitchers on Opening Day in both 1929 and 1931, when Yankee Stadium would have been decorated with celebratory bunting. To narrow it down more, I'd suggest finding a source indicating when the Yankees would have had a first-base coach wearing #30. The uniform registry at baseball-reference.com did not list coaches.
