    The crash occurred on April 26 1927.

    The location is Langley Field, near Hampton, Virginia.

    The plane is a Keystone K-47 Pathfinder, Reg. No. NX179, named "American Legion".

    Pilots Noel Davis and Stanton Wooster were both killed.
