    Various shots as workmen prepare the Petit Palais for a Picasso painting exhibition to mark his 85th birthday. We are able to see some of his works as workmen carry them in and hang them. CU Pablo Picasso's daughter Paloma during interview (mute.) MS French Foreign Minister Andre Malraux on tour of the Petit Palais exhibition. Various library flashback shots, we see Picasso at work on self-portrait, at his home going through his sketches and seated at bullfight.

    The exhibition opened on 25 October 1966.

    "French Foreign Minister Andre Malraux" - Malraux was actually the Minister for Cultural Affairs, (Ministere de la Culture).
