The Archbishop of Canterbury gives a speech about the persecution of the Jews and Lord Baldwin's fund.

He appeals to members of the public to stop and think for a moment about the Jews in Germany and Austria which include women and children who are being forced too leave their homes "..by a cruel persecution." The Archbishop goes onto talk about the fund set up by Lord Oliver Ridsdale Baldwin which he says "will give help impartially to all the victims of the persecution." He says that cinemas, music halls, and theatres will being giving 10 percent of their takings to the fund on January 14th.
