He is dressed in robe and headdress made of rich fabrics; a shiny case of some sort. hangs at his breast. Around him are other Arab men of importance; in similar attire; some holding swords. Someone hands a postcard to the young man w/ the regal air and he glances at it; returns it. Wider shot showing the group of 7 Arab visitors sitting & standing around together; along w/ a British woman & man. The man hands an open book to the Young Sheikh; points at something in it; etc. Arabia; Middle East; international relations

    The young person in this video clip is Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud , son of Ibn Saud and who later became King Faisal of Saudi Arabia.
    I have seen another clip from this London trip showing the Prince and it is dated 1919.
