British scouts travel to Le Touquet in France to introduce French scouts to the delights of soap box cars.
Various shots show scouts in soapbox pedal cars at Ferryfield Airport; they drive into the hold of a plane as commentator explains that they are travelling to France to introduce soapbox 'motor racing' to their French counterparts.

The British scouts are seen driving their pedal cars off the hold of the plane; the French boys crowd round to look at the cars; and get in to have a go.
