M/S of the man demonstrating the turning circle of this mode of transport whilst onlookers watch. C/U of the chair of the tricycle, levers are pulled and the vehicle moves off. Moving shot from another vehicle of the rushabout.
"You're never safe from the law - even with a runabout!" Our inventor is stopped by a policeman. He has to produce his driving license. He points to his licence plate and the policeman inspects it. "No garage expenses - keep it in the hall. (or hang it on the gas bracket)." Man drives his bizarre vehicle into an alleyway beside a shop.
