A sort of surveillance invention. American troops assembling the mechanism; which involves hooking some large kites to one rope. They start to let the kites up in the air. On the ground; men hold rope as one man gets into a seat attached to the rope. When they let go he rises up a couple yards. Shot of the guy flying high in the air; hanging under the kites. Line of soldiers holding rope; as if playing tug-of-war. Soldiers running with rope; away from camera. Guy in the air; in distance; suspended from 6 kites. Shot of the group pulling kites down. CU soldier sitting in the seat/harness; holding a big box camera; with cigarette hanging out of his mouth; and sort of struggling; moving around as if he's trying to get balanced or comfortable. Around him a field of wild flowers.
