    Panning shot on lines of American soldiers. Group of British army and Royal Navy officers and two civilian men inspecting troops, pan right as they walk past soldiers. More shots of inspection: the visiting group walks toward camera, between rows of soldiers. Some of these men walk across field, one of the old men talks to an American soldier. MS troops standing to attention, two soldiers at front hold flags, one is Stars and Stripes. MS of troops marching. The British group watch troops march past, one of civilian dignitaries tips his hat.

    LS square with cathedral in background (looks at bit like Notre Dame in Paris), a few pedestrians and carts pass. Military truck with mounted gun drives past, 3 are soldiers riding in it.
