    Some of crowd of 300,000 cheer as leaders walk through. Shot of leaders ascending steps; toward camera. Pan over crowd. Shot looking down from high window (?) of parade of soldiers marching down street. MS leaders on platform or balcony. Same from rear diag & a few steps up. Looking over heads of crowd at soldiers marching down street; many with war decorations. Nice shot from high place at soldiers marching round corner; carrying large American flags.

    Dedication ceremony of Liberty Memorial: pan over crowd; large flags of Allied nations held by soldiers in middle of crowd. Shot panning down from top of monument to base; where wreaths are held up by row of young girls; military leaders; government officials in FG. LS large monument - a big block with pillar on top; flags hang on sides of monument; other flags are hanging by wire above crowd.

    Military leaders make speeches from atop the giant base; in front of the pillar. CUs of each leader speaking alternate with title frames of quotes. CUs: Belgian commander Jules Jacques; Italian General Armando Diaz; British Admiral David Beatty; USA's General John J. Pershing; France's Marshal Ferdinand Foch. Pan over the huge crowd; including photographer under dark cloth at left. MS leaders together at corner of monument base (like balcony). Heroes. World War One; celebrations.
