    Ceremony for dedication of ambulance donated by the Willesden Boy Scout group. Outdoor event; crowd on ground watch dignitaries on platform. Hanging from platform are Union Jack flags and sign reading: "Islington Church Army". A vicar / priest speaks and people below stand. Vicar and lady walking past ambulance itself followed by a dignitary in a wig. They pass some Boy Scouts. C/U pan on mayor, lady and vicar.

    Ambulance is probably for war effort (World War One).
