    Crowd of protesters in Berlin demonstrate against occupation of the industrial Ruhr district by the French and Belgians. Germany.

    Pan over huge crowd packed close together in front of and on steps of big building with pillars.

    Crowd lifting their hats as in a cheer. Another shot from above of crowd. Titles say that Baron Kurt Von Lersner is speaking at this rally but there is no close shot of him.

    France marched into the Ruhr in early January; 1923 after Germany failed to make scheduled reparation payment.
