    Small speedboat 'Non-Sequitor X' speeds across water in dock area. The one man motorboat with an outboard engine picks up a fair bit of speed. The boat makes several runs past the camera.

    Mr Harrison comes up onto the dockside and is congratulated by a timekeeper who gives him the times of his two runs and tells him he has broken a World Record.
