    The airship being christened here is the "Heinen Air Yacht No. 1", also known as the Baby Blimp.

    The location is Cape May, New Jersey.

    For confirmation, you can just hear the little girl christening the craft the "Heinen Air Yacht No. 1" at 00:10. (I've checked the spelling).
