    Exterior Chailey Heritage. Various shots, young thalidomide children examine a new electric wheelchair. A five year old boy steps on the platform and manipulates the controls. The chair moves off. He drives round the courtyard whilst the other handicapped children watch. A nurse adjusts the chairs battery. Various shots the children at play, overcoming their disabilities.
