He is Peter Brassnet (better known as Leone) and his profession is aerial gymnastics and he is performing at London June Dairy Festival at Battersea Festival Gardens. L/S of Leone climbing up a very high mast. Voiceover says he starts his act on a trapeze at height of 50 feet and goes further up during performance.
