    Admiral Goodenough is helped by a man in a top hat, to remove a large Union Jack flag from the war memorial. C/U of statue on top of the memorial. The Admiral speaks to the crowd. Two buglers play at the foot of the memorial. Young boys and girls in school uniform pose for the camera proudly wearing their dead father's medals.

    Note: VHS Sleeve title indicates G 1444. The children look sad.
